Job Description
We have a rare position available for a NP or PA to work in the Medical Clinic at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing of Alabama. The Hyundai medical clinic is open whenever they are in production. Hyundai builds cars on 2 shifts (nights and days).
Our staff consist of 3 NPs, 2 Doctors, 4 Medical Assistants, and several EMT's. One of our NP's is leaving. The NP's work #3, 12 hr shifts for 2 weeks (36 hours), then #4, 12 hr shifts for the 3rd week (48 hrs)...So every 3rd week is a 4 shift week (with overtime). This is a rotating schedule with some nights and some days (unless you just want to work nights). Currently, working schedule like this:
1st week=M-T-W-TH (6a-6p):
2nd week= W-Th-Fr (6p-6a):
3rd week= Mon & Tue 6p-6a (nights) then Fri 6a-6p (days).
5 paid holidays (8hrs) + plus 3 weeks vacation pay BC/BS health and dental insurance Dr Mont Highley, collaborating physician, and Dr Cloutier (back up) We see anywhere from 4 to 25 patients per shift (consider bell curve) You need to know how to suture. Helps to know Orthopedics
