Dear Advanced Practice Registered Nurse,

We are graduate students in the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Simmons College Boston, Massachusetts. As part of our graduate program research requirement, we are conducting a survey of Advance Practice Registered Nurses (APRN) regarding management of pediatric concussion.

You are being invited to participate in our research study. The purpose of this study is to assess if there is a difference in the management and diagnosis of pediatric concussions among APRNs in various clinical settings.

Participation in this study is entirely voluntary, and involves completing an anonymous, one time, online electronic survey. There is no penalty if you choose not to participate.

Please follow the link below to answer a series of questions. This should take no more than 20-30 minutes. Taking part in this study is completely voluntary and you may withdraw at any time. There are no known risks if you decide to participate in this research study, nor are there any costs for participating in the study. Your responses will be kept strictly confidential and digital data will be stored in secure computer files.
